Orkin is hiring an Orkin Pro to deliver pest protection with a safety‑driven, customer‑focused approach. You’ll begin with award‑winning training and learn daily route operations, scheduling, and diagnosis to provide effective pest management both in homes and businesses.

This field‑based role requires strong safety practices, reliability, and professionalism. A valid driver’s license is required, with state licensure support provided by Orkin.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training provided to become an Orkin Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning training to learn required skills.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow route schedules within assigned territory and ensure timely, safe arrival at each location.
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of vehicle/equipment.
• Explain actions taken to customers and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
• Inspect interior and exterior of customer properties and document actions taken.
