Orkin is hiring in Bristol, VA to join our pest control service team as an Orkin Pro. You will start with award-winning, company-paid training and learn to manage daily service routes using a hand-held device, driving a company vehicle within your territory to serve customers.

The role requires no prior industry experience; you will receive licensing support and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for growth and advancement within a stable, national company.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.
• We will consider all qualified applicants in compliance with state and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training and learn the skills required to run a pest control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to decide on the best pest solution for each customer.
• Complete all required service-related documentation with a handheld device.
