Orkin in Vista, CA is hiring an Orkin Pro to deliver professional pest control services on assigned routes. You will receive award-winning training and work with a supportive team to protect homes and businesses.

No industry experience is required; you will learn via comprehensive training, safety-first practices, and customer interaction. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we'll train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Meet with customers to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services.
