Orkin seeks an entry‑level Orkin Pro to join our pest control team in Virginia. You’ll start with award‑winning training, operate a company vehicle, and build a career with growth and benefits beyond the basics.

No industry experience required; you’ll learn to protect homes and customers, conduct routes, document service activity, and discuss additional services to meet needs. Competitive pay and strong benefits complete the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete our training and learn to operate a pest control service route.
• Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within territory.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services.
• Serve as a problem solver to determine the best pest solution for each customer.
• Complete required service-related documentation using handheld device.
