Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking an Innovation/Utility Specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will interact with customers, ensure safety, and follow protocols for exclusion and wildlife removal in residential and commercial settings.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and are able to work Monday through Saturday as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and perform pest control services.
• Install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation and ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist with light construction, repairs and replacements related to pest damage.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and provide guidance on pest control.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal with proper safety procedures.
• Document services on production forms and maintain accurate records.
