Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Utah is seeking an Additional Services Technician to provide specialized pest control and home protection services, from termite treatments to insulation installation and exclusion work. You will balance service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results and safe operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing provided if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans, features and benefits while addressing customer questions.
• Follow service routes, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safety and effectiveness.
