JP McHale Pest Management LLC, an Anticimex Company, is seeking a Night Shift Pest Control Field Supervisor in Manhattan, NY. The role leads a small team of pest control technicians and ensures high-quality service delivery while managing schedules and customer interactions.

The position requires a valid NY 7F Pesticide License, 3-5 years of field-team leadership, and the ability to work a 9:00 pm–6:00 am schedule, Sunday through Thursday. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

The Pest Control Field Supervisor in **Manhattan, NYC** is responsible for leading and managing a team of pest control technicians with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Pest Control Field Supervisor owns all aspects of service required of the Manhattan Branch. The Pest Control Field Supervisor will be responsible for a service team consisting of about 2-3 pest control technicians. All aspects related to pest control technicians completing their jobs in a high-quality manner will fall under the auspices of the Pest Control Field Supervisor.
