Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a 75% field-based team in a 30% indoor/70% outdoor environment. You will oversee service technicians, manage client sites, and drive sales, service, and collections within your territory.

The role requires a strong focus on training, safety, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include daily timekeeping, route optimization, and coordinating with management to ensure high-quality pest control service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator license required.
• Experience in Pest Control preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with team members in office and field.
• Oversee training and development of service technicians in your territory.
• Own sales, service, and collections for your territory.
• Manage timecards, start/end shift logging, and GPS-based routing for your team.
• Conduct monthly meetings, ride-alongs, and regular coaching sessions.
• Perform QC checks using the 4-step process and maintain QC logbooks.
