Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in pest control, home services, HVAC, or route-based industries.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: identify and pursue new residential and commercial leads.
• Consultative Selling: conduct on-site evaluations, identify pest pressures, and recommend plans.
• Quoting & Contracting: prepare proposals; explain scope, pricing, and warranties; close sales.
• Client Relationship Management: follow up, coordinate service scheduling, cultivate referrals.
• Territory Management: maintain pipeline, prioritize opportunities, meet sales goals.
