Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control South Africa is looking for a Pest Control Consultant to sell home pest control services and protect families. You will assess needs, develop tailored proposals, and collaborate with service teams to secure ongoing business.

The role emphasizes customer focus and local community presence. You will travel within assigned territory, work with CRM tools, and aim to grow revenue while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills to promote pest management services to residential customers.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer site and potential challenges.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
