Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and delivering tailored solutions to protect homes and families.

You will collaborate with service teams, prepare proposals, and drive revenue while maintaining a high level of customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with residential customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals to address pest issues and upsell additional services.
• Complete home diagrams and document customer needs in the CRM.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Support new service installations to ensure quality workmanship.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
