Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control Ltd. in Florida is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering outstanding, customer-focused service.

You will be the face of our national brand in your community, assess client needs, and create proposals that address pests and prevention. This role emphasizes sales, safety, and compliance with our quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes; sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and propose enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges.
• Follow up on proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure quality.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
