Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Colorado is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work with a focus on quality and safety. You will explain treatment plans to customers, follow routes, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicles and PPE.

The role requires 1+ years of customer service, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain pest control licensing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude with familiarity with ladders and power tools.
• Must be 21+ and hold a valid driver’s license; 3+ years of driving history.
• Willing to obtain state pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.Qualifications and Requirements1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.Must be 21 years of age or older.Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?The Shield Co.
