Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to perform specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. This role blends hands-on service with customer care to ensure high-quality results and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include following service routes, documenting activities accurately, and maintaining equipment and PPE.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use ladders and power tools safely.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and address customer questions while delivering exceptional service.
• Follow assigned service routes and maintain accurate records using company systems.
