Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC (EcoShield Pest Solutions) is hiring an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite and mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work.

You will combine hands-on service with strong customer care and meticulous documentation. You will follow designated routes, maintain records, and ensure safety with PPE and equipment.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service experience required with mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks (operating ladders and power tools safely).
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing questions.
Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff and management for efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company systems.
Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.

Position Summary

The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay range of $18.00 - $21.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
