Job summary

MANTECH in Hawaii seeks a motivated Personnel Resource Analyst to join our team on Oahu. You will monitor personnel data, prepare coordination artifacts, and verify that Resource Reports meet SOPs while supporting theater readiness.

The role requires a BS in HR or related field and 3+ years of experience; preferred is 7+ years, HR certification, and experience with automated personnel management systems. An active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical personnel documentation and follow established SOPs.

  • Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day analysis of personnel resource data to support efficient organizational operations.
  • Prepare personnel coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of manning levels, and verify that all Resource Reports meet established SOPs.
  • Monitor personnel consumption metrics and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accurate tracking of staff rotations and assignments.
  • Drafts and maintains personnel resource coordination documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
  • Prepare manning artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing personnel actions at regional mission-support sites.
  • Assist in identifying resource gaps and recommend priority personnel allocations to sustain theater readiness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day analysis of personnel resource data to support efficient organizational operations.

  • Prepare personnel coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of manning levels, and verify that all Resource Reports meet established SOPs.

  • Monitor personnel consumption metrics and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accurate tracking of staff rotations and assignments.

  • Drafts and maintains personnel resource coordination documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.

  • Prepare manning artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing personnel actions at regional mission-support sites.

  • Assist in identifying resource gaps and recommend priority personnel allocations to sustain theater readiness.

  • Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical personnel documentation and follow established SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of position-relevant experience.

  • Professional certification in HR or Management or a related field.

  • Experience using automated personnel management systems or specialized manpower databases.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
