Responsibilities

• Advise HWMP managers on position allocation standards and recruitment methods.
• Research applicable laws, regulations, and HR policies for recruitment and appointments.
• Prepare and track RPA packages for recruitments, reclassifications, redirections, and new positions.
• Serve as primary contact for employees on HR-related inquiries.
• Assist with coordinating new employee packages and benefits forms.
