Responsibilities

• Lead and train PS staff on appointments, separations, payroll, benefits, and leave accounting.
• Provide technical guidance on rules, regulations, and bargaining contract provisions.
• Resolve payroll issues and maintain reference materials for consistency and compliance.
• Process all CEA and Exempt hires including onboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave accounting.
• Generate monthly/quarterly reports and ad hoc reports for management and audits.
