Job summary

Assessment Intervention Management (A.I.M.) is seeking a Homeschool Instructor to design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to middle school students. This role involves creating customized lesson plans, delivering interactive instruction, and monitoring student progress in a supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have teaching experience or be certified with a strong background in Education. Flexible scheduling options are available, including potential remote arrangements, allowing for a personalized and meaningful impact on student success.

Qualifications

• Certified teacher OR at least 5 years of proven experience as a homeschool instructor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field preferred.
• Experience teaching middle school-aged students in Math and ELA is essential.
• Familiarity with adaptations for students with learning disabilities is necessary.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills are required.
• Creative, patient, empathetic, and committed to ongoing professional development.
