Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Personal Trust Associate in Green Bay to support Relationship Managers and deliver exceptional service to Personal Trust and agency clients. You will coordinate daily trust account administration, resolve client issues, and ensure accounts are managed accurately and compliantly.

The role offers opportunities to expand fiduciary expertise while building strong client and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 4+ years banking/office administration/paralegal experience.
• Less than 2 years of trust and investment experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administration activities for personal trust and agency accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.
• Support Relationship Managers with client service, financial planning materials, presentations, reporting, and business development efforts.
• Manage account maintenance activities, including account openings and closings, cash processing, distributions, and documentation updates.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve operational issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Review trust documents and account information to support compliance with fiduciary standards, legal requirements, and trust provisions.
• Monitor account activity and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to risk and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal partners across legal, credit, customer care, and other areas to address complex transactions and service needs.
• Assist with process improvements, special projects, and administration of a small portfolio of trust relationships under guidance.
