• At least three years in an administrative role, with banking or trust exposure preferred.
• Undergraduate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Administer trust-related tasks under the Trust Officer guidance.
• Process beneficiary requests, tax payments, and document receipts.
• Handle closing and delivery of assets for terminating accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality and timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with New Business/Compliance on AML and KYC.
• Prepare correspondence and documentation for committees.
