• Sales and Booking:
  • Actively promote travel packages, deals, and experiences to potential clients through Social Media and multiple forms of communications.
  • Convert inquiries into bookings by effectively presenting tailored travel solutions and addressing client needs.
  • Manage booking procedures, including reservations, ticketing, accommodations, transportation, and tour arrangements.
• Customer Service:
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their travel experience.
  • Address any concerns, inquiries, or issues before, during, or after travel, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Business Development:
  • Continuously engaging in training opportunities to expand the client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
