Job summary
Epiccrunchjobs is looking for a dedicated Personal Training Sales Consultant to join the Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe team in New Braunfels, Texas. In this role, you will be essential in promoting our fitness programs and connecting clients with personal trainers, focusing on achieving sales targets while maintaining a motivating atmosphere.
Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background, a passion for health and fitness, and excellent interpersonal skills. We offer a robust compensation package, including a base salary, commissions, health insurance, and a free gym membership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications must be acquired within the first 100 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with current or new members daily.
- Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff experience.
- Assist clients with booking sessions and updating billing information.
- Foster a collaborative environment where everyone works toward club goals.
