Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant to drive fitness programs and assign clients to trainers. You will convert leads, exceed sales targets, and foster a motivating environment aligned with our mission to transform lives through fitness.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited certifications within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into clients and assign trainers to them.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while onboarding clients.
• Engage with members daily and coordinate with PTs.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and drive trainer value.
