Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Austin, TX is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant who will drive fitness programs and assign trainers to clients. You will set and surpass sales targets while fostering a positive, motivating team culture.

Responsibilities include member engagement, guiding members through CrunchONE kickoff, and pairing clients with dedicated trainers to reach goals. Certification requirements are listed with a strong sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness or wellness.
• Passion for health and fitness with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, motivating demeanor.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
• Certification in one or more nationally accredited programs within 100 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage current or prospective members daily to drive sales and program enrollment.
• Lead the CrunchONE kickoff experience and assign trainers to clients.
• Create a collaborative team environment and ensure smooth, results-driven experiences.
