Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Leander, TX is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) to drive our fitness program sales and assign clients to trainers. You’ll convert leads, nurture member relationships, and hit sales targets while delivering an outstanding member experience.

Ideal candidates have a proven sales background, a passion for health and fitness, strong communication, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Certification within 120 days is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Certification in one or more approved national certifications within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for personal training programs and dotFIT offerings.
• Assign trainers to clients and manage program delivery.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high activity levels.
