Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) who will drive our fitness programs and assign clients to Personal Trainers. You will pursue sales targets, engage members, and support a motivating club culture focused on transforming lives through fitness and connection.

The role emphasizes sales excellence, client onboarding, and team leadership, with responsibilities spanning lead conversion, trainer assignment, and program promotion.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certification within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Drive leads into new client base and hand off to PTs.
• Set up trainers for clients and meet sales targets.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and build trainer value.
