Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant in Dickinson, Texas, to drive our fitness programs and assign clients to personal trainers. This role is critical in filling the sales funnel, engaging with members, and supporting trainers while meeting sales targets. Candidates should have a passion for health and fitness and proven sales experience. Certifications must be obtained within the first 120 days. Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Provide team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Certification in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications must be acquired within the first 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Set them up with personal trainers to achieve their goals.
• Address customer questions and assist with bookings.
