Position Overview
Personal Training Sales Consultant (PTSC) will drive fitness programs and assign clients to Personal Trainers at Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe in Apple Valley, MN.
What You’ll Do
Act as the driving force behind our fitness programs, combining passion for fitness with exceptional sales skills. Assign personal trainers to clients, set and surpass sales targets, and foster a positive environment focused on delivering our Mission to Transform People.
What Success Looks Like
- Convert leads into new clients and hand them off to PTs with an exceptional experience.
- Maintain a high level of productive activity, staying engaged with members throughout each shift.
- Proactively connect members to personal training and/or dotFIT supplements based on their goals and needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed scheduled, show and close rate expectations for consultations and sales.

Responsibilities
- Engage with current or new members daily.
- Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff, the most important experience in their member journey.
- Set them up with a personal trainer who has the dedication and availability to guide their goals and the dotFIT programs.
Customer Service Concierge
- Address customer questions, comments, or concerns.
- Assist clients with tasks such as booking sessions or updating billing information.
Team Builder
- Foster a collaborative environment where everyone works together toward club goals.
- Engage and build the value of the trainer-assigning role as a subject matter expert.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Passion for health and fitness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Provide a positive and motivating approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
- Integrity and judgment that inspires trust.
- Certification in one or more approved national accreditations must be acquired within the first 120 days.

- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation)
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required includes lifting, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
Compensation (hourly)
- $13.00 - $15.00
- Uncapped commission structure (base pay + commission + monthly bonuses)
