Position Overview
We are looking for a Personal Trainer to transform people through meaningful connection—where purposeful coaching creates life‑changing experiences, clients unlock their potential, and trainers lead with heart and purpose.
What You’ll Do
As a Personal Trainer, you will be hands on with clients to prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones, to include tracking progress, follow up, and ongoing support while delivering a 10‑member experience. You’ll counsel and guide members using the four pillars of fitness—nutrition, movement, supplementation, and coaching and accountability—consistent with their goals.

- Meets or exceeds session targets, PT revenue, supplement sales, and overall contributions to club success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members, including goal setting, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment and proper form of exercises.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings for personal trainers.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones, tracking progress, follow up, and ongoing support.
- Inform and support members in understanding and utilizing all available fitness tools and programs to assist in achieving their goals.
- Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients and all members of the facility.
- Assist in member service activities, such as DotFit tables, Inbody analysis tables, challenge classes, and challenge weigh‑ins.
- Design, implement, and actively utilize company‑provided tools (i.e., dotFIT) to deliver comprehensive fitness programs.
- Schedule all personal training sessions, appointments, and administrative time using company systems.
- Execute on Personal Trainer Business Plan.
- Meet minimum company expectations, including session service targets, personal training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success.
- Help maintain a clean and crisp facility by racking weights, organizing work areas, and assisting in cleaning checklists as requested.
- It is a conflict of interest to conduct personal training sessions or any related duties independently or at any company outside of Crunch.
- Maintain scheduling availability of at least 20 hours per week to provide individual training to members and/or floor time to obtain new clients.
Qualifications
- Ability to motivate others, provide high level of care to club members, and solve problems.
- Experience as a personal trainer preferred.
- CPR/AED certification required (obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Certification in one or more of the following must be acquired within the first 120 days of employment:

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
Compensation (hourly)
- $12.00
- $80,000+ annual earning potential (hourly base pay + commission)
