Job summary

Ambler Student Recreation Center seeks a Personal Training Program Manager to oversee daily operations and administration of the personal training program. You will work with the program director to manage client forms, assign trainers, and ensure records are current.

The role includes coordinating staff trainings, implementing risk management, and assisting with ACE prep courses. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Possesses current CPR/AED certification, or willing to obtain within 4 weeks of employment.
• Experience or certification in personal training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administration of the personal training program and record keeping.
• Communicate with program director, trainers, clients, and prospects; manage email communications.
• Plan and implement training programs and events; develop new program ideas.
