Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required or to be obtained within 4 weeks of employment.

• Experience with conditioning programs and fitness assessment concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Personal Training program.
• Assist with programming, administration, and staff training of trainers.
• Coordinate client forms, trainer assignments, and record keeping.
• Develop and implement staff meetings, trainings, and risk management procedures.
