EōS Fitness in Murphy, TX is seeking a full-time Personal Training Manager to lead the high-volume PT team, coach trainers, and deliver top-notch service that drives member satisfaction, retention, and results. You’ll report to the Fitness Manager and work with the Sr.

Director of PT Experience to grow the PT business across our gyms. This role owns trainer lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, coaches the team through regular meetings, reduces turnover, and supports performance against KPIs

Qualificações

• At least one year as an EōS personal trainer for internal candidates or one year of verifiable managerial experience for external candidates.
• L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Enthusiastic about developing teams through education and coaching.
• Comfortable being held accountable for achieving performance goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communicator with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Organized, detail-oriented initiative-taker who can meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the owner/operator of the day-to-day management of the personal training staff.
• Serve as the key business partner to the Fitness Manager on day-to-day management of the personal training business.
• Drive the team to meet or exceed all established PT targets each month.
• Lead the team to deliver high value PT orientation sessions that maximize new client acquisition and increase overall PT penetration.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow and improve the personal training business.
• Oversee and improve the personal training experience to drive revenue growth and client retention.
• Own the end-to-end management of the trainer lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, onboarding, in-club training, development, and ongoing performance management.
• Lead ongoing trainer coaching and development through regular individual and team meetings.
• Minimize trainer turnover and increase personal trainer tenure through ongoing coaching and support.
