The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing others. Compensation includes a competitive salary of $60,000 annually, along with various benefits and perks including free membership and health plans.

Qualifications

• At least one year as an internal EōS personal trainer or verifiable managerial experience.
• Must be at or equivalent to an L2 or Master Coach level as an EōS personal trainer.
• Ability to hold team accountable for performance goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the personal training team daily and drive to meet established targets.
• Guide team members in delivering high-value orientation sessions for new clients.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the personal training business.
