Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Manager to oversee and grow the personal training team at our high-volume gyms. The PTM will work closely with the Fitness Manager to ensure top-tier service delivery, focusing on client acquisition and trainer development.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of managerial experience or be an internal candidate with personal training experience. Competitive salary and excellent benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least one year as an EōS personal trainer or managerial experience.
• Excellent communicator and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and operate gym equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trainer lifecycle from sourcing to performance management.
