The ideal candidate has management experience in fitness, strong communication skills, and a passion for the fitness industry. Compensation includes a salary of $60,000 with additional income opportunities and numerous perks.

Formación

• 2 years of management experience, fitness/personal training management preferred.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills for employee and member interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets for personal training agreements.
• Hire and train Personal Training staff.
• Manage payroll and ensure timely payment to staff.
• Oversee customer service and address member concerns.
