Job summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of the personal training staff
- Partner with Fitness Manager on PT business goals and operations
- Drive PT targets and client acquisition
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of trainers
- Manage trainer lifecycle from sourcing to performance management
- Coach trainers through regular one-on-one and team sessions
- Reduce trainer turnover through support and coaching
