Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer required.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Must have a solid understanding of the fitness industry and key business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Coach team members to engage and retain clients.
• Ensure accurate administration of personal training services.
• Maintain reporting and performance data for insights.
