Crunch Fitness in Pearland, TX seeks a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of trainers and sales staff, driving client growth and retention. You will hire, train, and coach, oversee programming, progress tracking, and supplement sales, while maintaining accurate data and high service standards for members.

The role emphasizes operational accuracy, leadership presence, and collaboration with club leadership to meet performance goals.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs.
• Experience leading a team of 3-10 employees (preferred).
• CPR/AED certification preferred (as per listed certifications).

Mansioni

• Hire, train, and manage performance of Personal Trainers and Sales Consultants.
• Drive new client acquisition, client retention, and PT sales through kickoff experiences.
• Oversee PT programming, progress tracking, and dotFIT management.
• Maintain accurate department reporting and staffing against KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance across training activities.
