CR Fitness is hiring Personal Training Managers in Training to join a growing franchise with 95+ clubs and 100+ more planned. You will receive training, mentorship, and the tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager in one of our expanding clubs.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited PT certification required or equivalent
• CPR certification required
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Outgoing, professional and coachable
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
