Job Summary

GYMGUYZ is #1 in Home and Onsite Personal Training nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a GYMGUYZ Personal Training Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing fitness operations, leading team members, and providing personal training services.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct initial sales assessments and drive monthly revenue goals.
2. Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
3. Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
4. Conduct reassessments.
5. Mentor and lead a team of personal trainers.
6. Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
7. Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
8. Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
9. Drive to and from client training sessions.
10. Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
11. Attend monthly team meetings.

Sales

1. Generate new leads and business opportunities through various channels.
2. Conduct assessments and effectively communicate the value of GYMGUYZ services. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Operations

1. Ensure that the team has a high level of knowledge with respect to GYMGUYZ training programs and equipment.
2. Emphasize the importance of team member involvement in the community and neighborhood.
3. Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to the clients.

Administrative

1. Utilize solid computer skills to manage client data, schedules, and progress tracking.
2. Familiarity with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) is preferred.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and personal training sessions.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM).
• CPR/AED certification.
• Previous sales experience in the fitness industry.
• 1-3 years of management experience in the fitness industry including managing people.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for health and fitness.
• Willingness to travel daily for work and possess a dependable vehicle.
