Job summary

VASA Fitness seeks a Personal Training Lead in Westminster, CO to build and lead a high-performing PT team, driving client acquisition and retention. You will coach trainers to deliver world-class coaching and ensure safe, effective sessions in a friendly, inclusive gym environment.

Lead monthly sales goals through mentorship, upselling, and performance targets, while fostering growth opportunities and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or NCCA-accredited PT certification.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing PT team rooted in accountability and VASA values.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through coaching and coaching sessions.
• Ensure sessions are safe, effective, and results-driven with a friendly, inclusive gym environment.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by training staff on consultations and upselling training services.
