Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Norman, OK seeks a Personal Training Director in Training to learn and perform the full Personal Training Director duties while continuing to service clients. This role supports department leadership, trainer development, revenue growth, and member experience at the assigned club location.

You will complete required leadership coursework and maintain current CPR/AED and NASM or Crunch-approved certifications, while flexing to a schedule that includes evenings and weekends to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in personal training (NASM or Crunch-approved) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the full scope of the Personal Training Director role under supervision.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Personal Trainers at the location.
• Lead team meetings and 1:1s, providing direction and motivation toward goals.
• Coach Trainers on session delivery, program design, and service standards.
• Complete leadership development coursework and Director readiness requirements.
