Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Skokie, IL, is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a team of Fitness Professionals and oversee Life Time Training revenue, payroll, and onboarding. The role drives Core 3 education for all trainers and ensures high-quality member experiences on the fitness floor.

You will hire, coach, and manage Trainers to achieve revenue and session goals while maintaining budgetary guidelines. A CPT and CPR/AED are required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of personal training experience at Life Time.
• 2 to 3 years of sales and program design experience.
• 2 years of supervisory and management experience.
• Certified Personal Trainer.
• CPR and AED Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Fitness Professionals to meet revenue and session goals.
• Oversee hiring, training, and onboarding of Personal Trainers.
• Ensure safe, professional, engaging PT programs and member experience.
• Monitor payroll and department budgets and expenditures.
