Job summary

Arch Amenities Group, LLC is seeking a Personal Trainer at the Skaneateles Community Center to create customized fitness programs for clients. Hours are 7am-12pm and/or 4pm-9pm. The trainer will guide and monitor workouts, ensure proper form, and motivate clients for safe, effective sessions.

The role requires in-person coaching, a relevant degree, and current nationally recognized certification. CPR/First Aid and safety certifications are also expected.

Qualifications

• Education & Certification: College degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
• Current certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, NSPA.
• CPR, First Aid, and other safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a client base by meeting or exceeding personal training sales goals as set by the facility manager.
• Deliver personalized training sessions that meet the client's goals and fitness level.
• Able to run and develop Small Group Training programs for all member groups to enhance the fitness experience.
• Promote all facility programs and services, referring clients to additional offerings for a well‑rounded experience.
• Enforce access policies to ensure a safe, secure, and member‑only environment.
