Job summary

ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center is seeking energetic, certified Personal Trainers and Health Coaches. You will conduct one-on-one and small group sessions, delivering personalized programs, expert coaching, and five-star service daily.

You’ll grow your client base in a supportive, high-energy environment. Positive candidates will have current certification from a NOCA-NCCA accrediting body, a high school diploma, and preferably a degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Personal Trainer Certification from a NOCA-NCCA accredited organization.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred.
• Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions one-on-one and in small groups.
• Deliver personalized programs and expert coaching.
• Provide five-star service and help clients move toward goals.
