Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Personal Trainer to work one-on-one with clients, creating customized fitness programs and guiding safe, effective workouts. You will motivate clients, monitor progress, and ensure proper technique to meet individual goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining a client base, promoting programs, and participating in staff activities, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
• Current certification from a nationally recognized agency (e.g., ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, NSPA).
• CPR, First Aid, and safety certifications as required by the client.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a client base by meeting or exceeding personal training sales goals.
• Deliver personalized training sessions aligned with client goals and fitness level.
• Ensure clients use equipment with proper form to prevent injuries.
• Promote facility programs and services and cross-sell offerings.
