Job summary

Arch Amenities Group in Downtown Denver is seeking a Personal Trainer to work one-on-one with clients, tailoring fitness programs to individual goals, guiding and motivating them, and monitoring progress to ensure safe, effective workouts.

Applicants should have a college degree in Exercise Science or related field, current national certification (ACE/AFAA/ACSM/NSCA/NSPA), CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• College degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
• Current certification from ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, or NSPA.
• CPR, First Aid, and other safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a client base and meet or exceed personal training sales goals.
• Deliver personalized training sessions aligned to client goals.
• Ensure proper form and safe workouts.
• Promote facility programs and services.
• Stay informed on calendar of events and promotions.
• Keep current with industry trends and training techniques.
• Participate in events and staff meetings.
• Provide outstanding customer service and solicit guest feedback.
• Enforce access policies for a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
