Qualifications
- The candidate holds a national PT certification or a related degree.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Sales aptitude and networking ability are important.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a client base through PT intro and paid sessions
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals
- Motivate clients to reach results through goal setting and follow-up
- Pursue continuing education through NASM Club Connect
- Engage members with enthusiasm and respect to enhance the experience
- Demonstrate safe exercise technique and knowledge of services offered
- Participate in required meetings
