Job summary

PureGym US is looking for a Personal Trainer to provide personalized instruction and exercise programs to members at our NJ locations. You will build a client base through introductory sessions and paid sessions, and deliver customized fitness plans aligned with individual goals.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification or equivalent.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Desire to transform lives through educating members on health and wellness topics.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must possess or be willing to learn sales skills.
• Ability to self-promote and network.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a client base through PT Intro and paid sessions.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals.
• Motivate clients to achieve results through goal setting and follow-up.
• Pursue continuing education to expand knowledge (NASM Club Connect).
• Engage members with enthusiasm and respect to enhance their experience.
• Demonstrate safe execution of exercises and proper technique.
• Stay informed about services, programs, and products offered.
• Attend required meetings.
